Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Inn Elk City

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Attached restaurant's breakfast very good.
We were told pool was heated-not so -plus no inside entry to it w/30 mph winds (dressed in wet suits).

The clerk behind the counter was dressed like a maintenance man down to his ball cap. He was very unprofessional and seemed not to know what he was doing. He charged us again after we'd paid thru priceline. We had to ask him to unlock the padlock on the pool & then couldn't use it because it was cold and filthy.

That
I only stayed one night.
Old, run down hotel with rude staff.

Do not stay here if you can find other options.

The restaurant staff was excellent and the food was quite good also. They went out of their way to assist us in finding locations in the city.
The hotel manager seemed less than friendly.

Towels were nice and thick!
Too cramped.

This was a great pick for truckers as we saw many. My husband said the bed was too hard but I slept great!

Free breakfast and great price for what you got!
The indoor pool is a little mis-leading. It is indoors but not attached to hotel and was very cold due to the glass surrounding building.

Waitress in restaurant was very nice and friendly.
The room was small hard to move around in.

Hotel was clean. I would stay if passing through only one night. A longer stay I would need more room.

Nothing.
Dirty, old, in much need of some serious repairs.

It was horrible, the free breakfast was cold greasy and gross. The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, ceiling ready to fall in no water pressure in shower and bugs crawling on the floor.

They had breakfast in the morning.
The rooms felt dark and dirty and the door opened to a parking lot which made it feel unsafe.

The rooms did not feel clean, the air conditioner did not work, and the Wi-Fi was better from a nearby hotel than it was from this one.
