The hotel was very nice. It was a basic hotel, but it is also a 2.5 star hotel. The restaurant and bar were very competitively priced and had a nice variety and everything we tried was good. The location was gorgeous, right on the water, perfect for walks. We did a wine tour and got a driver for the day which was needed as the wineries are pretty spread out around the lake. Family Traveling with Young Children
The service was very good and the help at the desk quite friendly. The hotel doesn't show as nicely as the website would indicate. The room was clean but basic (small desk, two beds, a flat screen TV). Our visit was during the winter and the windows were poorly insulated. This did not affect the comfort of the room, however. The internet was spotty the first night. The hotel has a very basic exercise room (some treadmills and free weight dumbbells) and an extremely small indoor swimming pool that's basically adequate for a single family.
The breakfast buffet (not included in the room price) was quite good. There is a restaurant on site as well. The hotel is on the lake and has a very nice view.
While we wouldn't hesitate staying there again, the overall experience was slightly (emphasis on slightly) disappointing. ...

I loved the idea of staying here. The location is great near everything. Came for my sisters wedding. The staff was great. There was no fan in our bathroom. Made showers interesting. overall the hotel was great and we had a lot of fun.
