Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Inn
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 28, 2013

The room left much to be desired. The indoor pool was nice. The breakfast staff was helpful but the breakfast could have been a little more plentiful and of more variety.

The hotel is in a good location off the main hwy. If you have kids make sure you are either in the hotel it self or at the far corner away from the bar/club for the night. I was pleased with everything except the breakfast menu selection (no eggs).

this hotel was ranked up to 3 star on other sites but had it not been non refundable i would not have booked it. the hotel is a quick drive to anywhere you want to be in Owensboro but the immediate neighborhood and the hotel exterior needs revitalization. no landscape or nothing. this use to be the spot when i was younger, after the executive west hotel downtown, but now...my room was clean but not modern aside from new sheets and a flat screen. well, there was marble on bath counters but the layout has only been modified from the old style. I had a first floor room close to the club/bar connected to the hotel, so when I returned that night parking near my door was an issue and I was concerned about who might be hanging around. I missed breakfast but the lobby and interior hotel areas are nice but too ornate for what you are going to experience when you step outside ...

We like to stay here because It Is right across the parking lot from "The Yellow Rose." We like going there for some dancing and when we are done we do not have to drive anywhere and we just walk across the parking lot.

Forget everything you know about Ramada because this is a REALLY, REALLY nice Ramada! I didn't even know they had Ramada's like this! Gorgeous lobby that was very clean with a business center, bar/restaurant, indoor pool and some fitness equipment. The staff was really nice and efficient. We got an indoor room and it was totally silent, not a peep came through the door. The bathroom had granite around the sink, a mini fridge, microwave and plenty of good towels (not the thin, rough kind). The beds were some of the most comfortable I have had in ages, even better than Holiday Inn Express, etc. The shower head was large and water pressure was strong. The breakfast is breads and cereal with fruit but it was fine for a quick bite on my way out for work. For the low price I paid I would definitely consider this hotel again. ...

Though te lobby was attractive, i cannot recommend this hotel. Our heat did not work. The pool was filthy. It appeared someone had thrown up in it. The breakfast was terrible.

If the management of the hotel would spend a little on bedding to improve the quality of the BEDS it would be great.
