Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Inn Peoria

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Hotel staff was very great, very helpful.
Did not like the pressure of the toilet when flushed. A little scary thinking it was going to overflow.

Very old and dirty, carpet and towels and room decor.

I was disappointed in the interior of the rooms, the towels and carpet were old and the room was dirty.

Close to concert venue (jobing.com arena). Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
The towels were dingy, the sink was clogged and it smelled funny. Not worth what was paid.

Nothing.
The room was disgusting,
and
people on cocaine were trying to sell us drugs who were also staying there.

Clean room.
Poor location.

The stay was fine for the most part. We had about 45 minutes before checkout and returned to our room to find the cleaning staff busy at work in our room. She refused to leave so we could shower and check out which put us in an awkward state of annoyance. Once she finally left, we found she took all our towels. At which point I chased her down in the hallway in my underwear. As a result of all this we checked out late but were not penalized. ...read more

The orange trees.
The linens are really worn out.

The staff was very helpful - getting hot water was a chore - out of the nine days there managed 3 hot showers. Not even hot water at 9:30 at night to wash face. Breakfast needs some improvement. Bread was wrapped in plastic and put out day after day until used up. (hard) gravy one day way too salty. Pool needs a good cleaning. And as said before linens are really tired. The room its self was pleasant and had been painted. and the bed was pretty good. The patio door out to the pool was old and needs to be replaced. ...read more

Convenient location to Sun City. Good Parking. Very quiet with no traffic or outside noise.
Showing its age, and could use some routine maintenance.

It is a basic short-stay hotel with limited facilities, but is very convenient to Sun City, Glendale and Peoria. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Conveience to our appt. center and the people were really, really nice.
Took way too long to get hot water into the sink and shower.

Good overnight motel for singles and family. Very close to the freeway with easy on and easy off. I would have like to have had a good restaurant within walking distance but we still ate at the Sports Bar and Grill and it was okay. Nice and Clean and the personnel were really nice. Very good continental breakfast too.

It was convenient to the highway and not far from the stadium.
Very dated, needs TLC.
