Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Inn West Memphis
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 11, 2012

Staff was very friendly, seemed happy to serve us. We were given a handicapped room, but it was actually a very nice room, lots of space. Breakfast was excellent, hot with several choices.

This hotel was not where it showed on the map, it was hard to fine, had to stop twice for directions, called ahead for a ground floor non-smoking room, was told no problem, when we got there only one smoking room available, could not get tub drain to close. This hotel is way overrated at 2.5 stars.

We had to call the front desk for some one to come clean the room. It very noticeable that it had not been cleaned very well.

Has Ramada even seen this hotel?! This is nothing like any Ramada that I have ever stayed in. First, it is an old, exterior private-entry room style of hotel that has been converted by adding external hallways to enclose the room entries. The rooms & their fixtures are old, and all of my furniture showed stains from body fluids..Disgusting!

I stayed here twice on this trip- traveling both ways. The first room was much cleaner and in very good condition. The second room was not so clean, had pealing wall paper, and just had an "older", less well maintained feeling.

The breakfast was skimpy, pancake machine not working.

They put us in the furthest room from the main entrance. When checking in, the clerk said all rooms with kind size beds were occupied.
She already knew this. She actually sneered at us and put us in room 101 - almost as a punishment.
The room was
not two and a half stars. Maybe the hotel is, but
not room 101. Even the housekeeping staff was surprised we were put in room 101/ Please check this out for future patrons. ...
