Ramada Limited Arrowhead Mall

the room was very quiet. however the TV was just average-some channels worked others didn't. location was wonderful and perfect for my purposes. continental breakfast was lacking in quality and quantity - there was a morning when they ran out of bagels - there was no jams - just cream cheese and butter. fortunately the food court in the nearby mall was more than adequate

Simple breakfast, clean rooms, nice staff. Was a little nervous when we had our late night check in, but we just called from the phone located outside the entrance, and someone came right out to check us in.

Good location - very close to restaurants and shopping.

Very disappointed when we had set up our room and the room wasnt ready so we left came back and gave our room away. Gave us a upstair room not cleaned.

Great neighborhood! Lots of shopping and variety of places to eat. Target, Ross, Nordstrum Rack& a high end mall, as well as AMC movie theatre were all in walking distance. Fit our constrained budget well. Again the staff on all shifts were extremely accommodationg. Also despite a few housekeeping issues our room smelled great. Location is decent. Breakfast is not edible

same as above, except the lady that takes care of continental breakfast did a great job with what she had to work with.

I was not at all impressed with the room. The shower rod was broken so the curtain did not work there were stains on the chair and the white pillow cases. The pillows were old and flat and had been folded in half inside of one pillow case. There were also no outlet covers over the outlets in the room. I will not be staying there again.

This Ramada has a great location and that is all. See above notes about cleaness, and linens. Breakfast, NO fruit ever,even though 3 empty plates sat on the stand for it.I asked about it too, said, No We Don't have any. Poor selection but did have waffle maker.
