Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Limited Cedar Hill
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.July 24, 2011
Not real clean, small, and poor breakfast.

Rooms and pool were nice, better than expected for a 2 star. The one thing that sticks out to me was the horrible customer service. I even called earlier in the week to make sure and was told that if we weren't given a double bed to just ask to change rooms. After driving for 4 1/2 hours we get to the hotel to find out that we did indeed get a single bed, and we had 4 adults! The desk clerk was very rude, saying that he didn't see why I was complaining because of the deal, saying that his other customers paid a lot more for their rooms, I should be happy with the price I paid for my room. ...

The hotel front desk staff's under performance eclipsed every other aspect of this otherwise adequate hotel. I arrived at 8:30pm and waited for 25 minutes in the entry alcove before the desk clerk returned from an apparent errand or personal reason. He offered no apology and seemed very disorganized. When I checked out the next morning at 7:45am the breakfast was picked over and very little variety other than cereal and a few donuts. My checkout receipt had someone else's mailing address and credit card number. I would not stay here again even if it was free.

Nice older motel. Stayed on a Monday night and the managers were not prepared for anyone to eat breakfast or have coffee.

The hotel itself was of decent quality. What made things the worst was that the customer service and the lack of friendliness and helpfulness was horrible.

everything about the motel was good. i just will never use priceline ever again and will tell everyone to just get the address and phone number and call themselves. your commercial does not say you charge a commission

I would never go to this hotel again! It was not so much the rooms but the service. This was the worse service I have ever seen in my entire life. The lady that checked us in practically threw the room key on the counter and that was that.
