Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Murfreesboro

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Convenient location, nice staff.
Problem with toilet forced us to change rooms.

Bath water was hot.
Heat was near nothing, bottled water I purchased was hot, room smelled, suppose to have been nonsmoking, but could smell smoke strongly.

Hated that there were no outside door directly into bottom floors. I am elderly and had very had time climbing stairs. Bathroom seemed unusually small and not equipped adiquately...towels, wash clothes, etc.

Clean and
staff very professional. Well located.

Good value. Rooms clean and well maintained. It would be nice if they had refrigerates in the rooms.

Cheap and clean.
Hallways not well maintained.

I stayed here because I simply wanted a cheap place to stay on a business trip. The room itself was neat, clean and comfortable. Anything outside of the room was a little scary.

Well lit parking.
Smoking room smell like stale smoke.

We arrived at 6am on day of check in and were charged for an additional full night. The room smelled like more smoke than our house.

I could smoke in the room
The breakfast was awful.

The hotel is old and needs updating. For the price and in room smoking it was fine.
