Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Limited Spokane

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff was helpful and friendly
Every piece of bedding was stained. Outside of every non-smoking room is an ashtray and two chairs. I could smell smoke in my room when I checked in and woke up to the smell of someone smoking outside my room. I did not feel safe walking to my room.

The location is close to downtown and that is the only good thing about this hotel. While inexpensive the rooms are not worth what they are charging. They are dirty and the security is lacking. If you are traveling alone or with young kids choose a different hotel.

the bed was comfortable
it was noisy, the heat was still on so i had to turn the air conditioning on all times to cool it down. the towels had holes in them. I set the fire alarm off by taking a shower.

it was okay for the price but i would say find one in a more secure and less noisy area.

There was a nice guy working at the front desk our first day there. Downtown location within walking distance from many things.
There was a leak in our bathroom ceiling and a hole. It was dripping water from underneath the toilet above us for the entire weekend. Maintence was supposed to fix it but never did.

I am not one to give bad reviews and compain. However, I was very dissaponted with the value. I don't feel this motel is worth the price at all in general, for plenty of reasons. If you combine that with a hole and leak in our bathroom ceiling as well as poor customer service from on particular individual, then I feel it's my duty to make sure nobody else feels they wasted their money like I do. If they would have at least given me some money back or something, it would have helped. They did nothing to empathize with the uncomfortable room. They also didn' even fix the leak while we were there all weekend. If you are going to spend money on a place to stay in Spokane, you will be happpier staying at the downtown motel for
xxx a night, no joke. Just my personal experience.

Good location, friendly staff.
No WiFi, despite the fact that Priceline promised me otherwise. The room was a bit run down. Matresses were pretty crap.

Overall this hotel was underwhelming. Nothing too great about it besides the location. I must say, it served its purpose well. A place to sleep between busy days.

The location was great within walking distance to a lot of things. Staff was nice..yup staff there was only one person there.
The bath room was dirty there was hair in the sink and the tub felt slimy in spots I had to wash the tub and sink. That was nasty.. didn't mind the train passing every 30 min as much as I hated to hear homeless ppl yelling from under the bridge.

Dirty. Tub was slimy... sink had hair. . Homeless ppl yelling.. train every 30 min.. good location to walk to the mall and park.. not staying here. Not clean. Its creepy

Rooms are very adequate. My room was kind of small, but very adequate for a single guy. It was very clean and neat.
It's sitting right beside the railroad tracks in Spokane and Spokane is a railroad town. The tracks don't clatter and clank and the engines seemed pretty well muffled. Really didn't bother at all.

Room was very economical. I was attending a convention at another hotel that was charging twice as much for their rooms. Spokane has lots of neat attractions. There is Riverside Park at the Spokane River close by. South of downtown is a large park on South Hill with a Japanese arboretum. Gonzaga University is not far from downtown and Whitworth College is north of town. There is a sports arena just north of the river. ...read more

nice room, clean. very friendly staff.
the bed was hard as a rock...very uncomfortable. I am not picky about beds but this one was rough. The train going by all through the night was irritating as well.

very friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to help. hard mattress. loud train every few hours all night long.

Location was right downtown, which was good for us. Located adjacent to train tracks, but didn't run that frequently. Reception were exceptionally polite and accomodating.
Nothing available but a smoking room, reception suggested to wait until later and a non-smoking may be available. Luckily an non-smoking was available but only with one double bed. Still preferable over smoking.

The location and the room. Room was fab better than the one 3 months ago. Ramada was great as well as location and safety. The one thing I was misinformed about was there is no pool and was stated that there was.
The only thing I didn't care for was the fact that the bed was a double and when I got there they would upgrade to king for 15.00, not bad but I declined and wished they had mentioned the double be in the beginning.

I have spread the word and mentioned no price. The place was great and yes I would hope my next hotel I book that I will get Ramada again I am impressed.
