The location - right across the street from Disneyland
The drapes did not shut all the way, there was a loud "ticking" sound in the room the whole time. Also, the staff manager had a cold, and was coughing in her hand, then gave us our room key - yuck!

We chose this hotel because of the affordable price, plus it was just across the street from Disneyland and there were chain restaurants next door. Cons: When we first checked in, the manager on duty had a cold, and she was coughing into her hands, then handed us the room key - yuck! We are firm believers that if you are sick, stay home so that you don't get others sick - especially the guests! There was also a constant "ticking" sound in the hotel room. Luckily, we had our earplugs, but it would have drove us crazy and kept us awake all night if we didn't have them. Also, the drapes did not close all the way. There was a solid 2" gap, so I had to change in the bathroom, and the lights from the hotel beamed in at night and we're the kind of folks that need to have the room dark in order to sleep well. The continental breakfast was a horrible fight-fest, it was like they only put 1 good item out and enjoyed seeing everyone fight for it. We ended up just eating in the park. Pros: Location and cleanliness. If you just need a place to sleep, shower, and use the bathroom, this will do. ...read more

The location was next to Disneyland.
It was advertised as a three star on your website but it was not a three star. The room smelled bad when we first arrived. There was mold in the bathroom. The hotel was outdated.

I felt the only thing this hotel had going for it was the location to Disneyland. It was not what I would pay for again.

Nice clean room. Beds were comfortable. It was directly across from the main entrance to Disneyland. The staff was very accomadating. Gave us some freebees at the store next door when there was a mix up with the room. We would stay here again.
The room smelled like smoke

Rooms had good sound proofing. I was able to sleep with being disturbed.
There was no private balcony and room was a bit small for 4.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for walking to Disneyland. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet. The kids had fun playing in the pool. We enjoyed the free breakfast food selection, but the room it was served in was very narrow and hard to move around in with all the other guests crowding in. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for family's going to Disneyland and needing an economical, but clean place to stay. ...read more
