Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Marshall

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The free breakfast was well done.
They didn't give me the room I booked and said there was a wedding there, they were full and I couldn't switch.Furniture was stained with liquid, some rooms in our party had coffee makers, others did not.

Book somewhere else.Crappiest room I have paid
XXX for.

the location and amenities.
The first room they put us in was back t back with customer laundry area. They exhausted the dryer vent into the fresh air vent that directly into our room. The front desk person was hesitant to change our room. It was very frustrating.

If you want a better room, book directly with the motel and do not use Priceline. The motel will give you a better room and room location if you do so.

The location was great. We were there on a college visit for our son. It's right across the road from the college. The staff was somewhat disappointing. I called to ask about breakfast and was told,"The person who checked you in should have told you that"
The room wasn't thoroughly vacuumed. There were crumbs on the floor. Also the nightstand was dirty with spilled wine. I sort of felt like I needed to clean it before staying in it.

Staff was somewhat rude. Breakfast was so so. The room was dirty. I guess we were expecting a little better for a 3 star hotel. I've stayed in 1 star hotels that were much cleaner and had friendlier staff. Very disappointing.

Front desk check in clerk was not very friendly. Didnt like folks using priceline. He advised me that this was why his room rates are so high. Not impressed with him at all. Rest of the staff in the lounge and housekeeping were wonderful.

friendly staff, good breakfast
no fans in the hotel room bathrooms,

had a good time with everyone, swimming and using the hottub. Hottub was extremely hot almost burning skin feeling. Once in it was alright, wish the bathrooms had a fan system, traveling with males can be a challenge without them.

It's an older building so the rooms weren't the biggest or the most modern, but it had everything we needed.

I liked the fridge and microwave in the room plus the recliner I thought was a great idea to make you feel like you are at home
Morning continental breakfast was not very good - never seen tater tots served as a morning breakfast potato before

This is a solid hotel for hotel - comfortable and clean some nice extras like a recliner chair in the room makes you feel like your more at home.

It was so good to be received as a family and not to be charged extra for the kids.
We found the decoration and wallpaper a bit old fashioned.

Good breakfast, nice bar.
The room needs more updating; they only went half-way with the remodel.

Good hotel for the star rating. Could be better if they finished the remodel in the rooms. You can tell that they cut corners in trying to remodel. The bed wasn't the most comfortable.

Excellent staff, very coridial and make you feel at home.
Area around heat/air was not cleaned and unattractive, needed to be covered.

Other than item 18, room was excellent, newly remodeled. Very helpful staff and friendly. Computer online connection was placed in an inconvenient space had to have at least a 15 foot cable. Morning breakfast provided, no change daily same food offerings; food was okay but room was cool. Daily newspaper was well accepted.
