Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada New Hope
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013
For a price of XXX. per night, we expected at the very least to have a clean, modern and attractive room, with more amenities than a coffee make which provided only available serves, a dirty bathroom, and dated/worn out furniture. Also the room 'key-card' did not opeated properly and numerous attempts were needed to facilitate the door lock. Also, although the day check-in receptionist was very courteous, and as helpful as she was prepared to be, she obviously was not provided with simple 'amenties' which she could easily offer to guests who may have made these requests. We have shared our complete dissatisfaction with our friends and family over this facility and I would not reccomend it at this time to anyone. ...

Reasonably priced, decent accommodations in New Hope. The one problem I had was noise at night - voices, people running up and down stairs, music from outside can all be loudly and clearly heard in the rooms. Bring ear plugs!

The hotel was a good price for the night. The bar was understaffed although there were 2 different wedding parties booked for the night, plus a private party in the party room. The front desk staff could have been a little more accommodating as this is the only time in my life that I had asked for an early check in and there was nothing they could do for me. Most hotels I have stayed at have gone above and beyond to meet my needs, but this staff was completely disinterested in doing so. ...

This hotel was not unbearable, but was not worth the cost either. The location wasn't beautiful-directly off of a main road. However, it was very easy to drive into town where things where very charming. The Lobby was very nice and has a couple of pool tables to go along with a sports bar-I didn't try the food. If your trying to stay away from the more expensive B&Bs in the area this hotel won't ruin your trip, but next time I go I think I will choose to stay in one of the local inns. Bring lots of quarters for the parking meters when you drive into town, you will need them. ...
