Quick service to airport, shuttle was full but they had another within 10 minutes as they promised. Clean, friendly staff. 24hour snack bar was nice to get a muffin when we had to leave at 5:00am.
Rooms were not spacious, but adequate.

Long ways from restaurants, so we ordered in pizza. Clean throughout the hotel and our room.

The business center is not free to print documents. Also verify who to pay for parking to avoid paying at the gate and the front desk. overall, great access to the airport and the free shuttle is reliable. Good staff specifically house keeping.

1) Shower: There was hardly any water coming out2) Staff: Saving one or two female employees, no one appeared they were enjoying their jobs. The guy at the bakery next day morning was also courteous. Generally though, front ending was poor.

I stayed here a few times in the past. It was a fair place for biz travel. But the recent visit was a disaster. I would think twice before signing up.

The hotel room was clean
Was bitten all over my body by bugs (could not determine which type) When I consulted the receptionist about the bits he referred to Priceline as they were the company that sold me the room.

Beware of bugs. Not going to recommend anyone to stay there.

Clean rooms, close to airport with shuttle
Although close to airport still a few miles away - so if u have a late flight be prepared to pay for a cab. Area around the hotel didnt have much and didnt seem like the right place to be in late at night

Good clean rooms, efficient staff, free shuttle to airport- there is a late night bar for those interested- not sure if its a great place for kids

Room was clean, hotel location was great, free shuttle to and from airport.
Their systems were down when I checked in and it took half an hour to get my room key.

Heating system in room was loud, I just turned it off when I went to sleep.

The room has been renovated and appliances are new.
Public space is crowded and noisy. No free parking.

24 hr shuttle and newly renovated rooms are its highlights. The rest of it is just okay plus very few freebies.

Close to NYC, had cable TV and the room was warm.
They did not have hot water. Only lukewarm. They put a $25 hold on your credit card. You have to pay for parking.

Did not like this hotel. You have to pay for parking, they put a $25 hold on your credit card "in case" you buy something. The bathroom did not have hot water, just lukewarm. Will not be staying there ever again.
