The room was lovely as we up-graded, the breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was great.

This hotel had great rooms that were kept up nicely. It was quiet even with a medical conference going on. The dining room was spacious and bright. The wait staff was courteous and responsive. The hotel desk staff was friendly and most eager to help. We were located where it was quite easy to get a cab. be careful-half the prices are in TL and the other half in EUR -easy to make mistake

Decent staff and location. a few irritating things -some things are quoted in Liras ( mini bar, room service ) some things quoted in Eur ( Tours, breakfast, dry cleaning) with many things not clear -on which currency they are charging. Made that error in dry cleaning and was charged 5EUR/t-shirt!! When explained to staff - they agreed it was not clear and offered 10% discount- not impressed! ...read more

This hotel was generally what one would hope for in a Western chain, however the terribly unreliable Internet made me crazy. Every time I turned on my computer, it was a race to write an email and send it off before the connection failed. Also, the bar prices were criminal.
