Bathrooms discusting and old and tv had little or no reception. So bad you could not watch it

For price I suppose ok but not at all considering using again

Pleasant staff, pretty clean.
Not handicap accessible.

No elevators and first attempt to put you in a room is the second floor. Dangerous/difficult entrance/exit to main roads.

Close to the highway

There are a few fast food restaurants within a mile. The hotel is mostly near the highway and nothing else.

The hotel staff was great. I had left my room and left a substantial amount of cash in there and they contacted me and held it for me until
I returned.
The hotel staff went in my room prior to check-out time while
I was gone which I thought was weird.

The staff was very nice and helpful.
The doors were loud closing no matter how quietly I tried to close them, walls are thin, I heard next door TV and snoring.

The desk clerk was great. I value good customer service and that young man was great.
It was difficult to get to coming off I-95. It was like a maze getting into it.

Quite honestly, this hotel stay was about a place to sleep and shower then off to DC. We didn't exactly take the time to enjoy the amenities. So when reviewing it I thought about what's most important to me. It came down to one thing, customer service. The young man at the desk was friendly, polite, respectful and helpful. He helped us with anything we asked about including how to use the DC Metro train line. A lot of shortcomings of business can me made up by good, professional and courteous customer service. We experience that when we stayed at Quantico Ramada. I hope to stay there again.

Old and out dated; small bath, small room doors, wall paper tac-up with staples.

Hotel overdue for renovation should not be on a national list for stay and should not carry the Marine Corp flag.

I cannot say that there was anything I did not like.

Great convenient hotel with easy access to shopping and restaurants.
