The hotel room was really clean when we got there. the rooms are very well taken care of.
The only thing i didnt like is when they went to clean the room you could tell the restroom wasn't cleaned and that got me upset. you could tell they only rushed through the room to make it look clean.

The rooms are clean and well taken care, it was in excellent condition. My only concern was the sloopy job they did on cleaning the room. Overall i would stay in this hotel again, i didn't get to eat from their continental breakfast so i can't comment on that. I liked the fact that the room looked so clean and it looked new.

The room was really nice. Staff people were nice as well.
I did have an issue with checking in. they were trying to bill me twice which I didn't appreciate it.

everything including sum guest were prostituting

it was clean....
it was nothing I expected! it is located right in front of a fire & police dept so sirens were all we heard at night, and the garbage truck would pick up garbage every morning at 6:30 am it was loud.... breakfast was not so appealing either...

Great location off the 410 and near restaurants, gas station, small mall.
I booked a room for my brother and myself as non smoking. When we arrived we were given one smoking and one non smoking. Fortunately they were able to change it to non smoking as we had initially booked.

The room overall was fine. We had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly in the lobby and the housekeepers worked pretty fast to get our rooms ready the second day we stayed. The location of the hotel is great. We were about 15 minutes away from Downtown, Alamodome, and family that lives in the area. Parking was fine as well, we had no issues parking close to our door. Breakfast is average for the hotel. We had forgotten our tickets to some events we had scheduled and we were able to use the computer in the lobby to print out our tickets from our email with no problem. The fire station is directly across the street and had a few calls during the night. Patrons (not hotel staff) were very loud early in the morning.

location was next to restaurants and next to the expressway. check out time was at 12 noon
The rooms were smaller than expected. The phone was not working. The alarm kept turning off at night when it was already set to off. The hotel was not an inside hotel.

The room was clean, great location to Lackland Air Force Base, the front desk very helpful with directions.
We were catching a very early flight and went to check out and the lobby doors were locked. I never experienced the lobby of any hotel being locked up.

If you are coming in for a graduation at Lackland Air Force Base, this is a great location. A five minute drive from base, 15-20 minutes from the airport and conveniently located to shopping and dining.
