Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada San Diego Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.October 30, 2012

The price was right and i was nervous about The Ramada but it was a great experience and for San Diego it was right on the marina. A wonderful visit.

Hotel was fine. Did not show that the shuttle hours from the airport do not operate after 10:30 pm. My flight did not land until 10:34. No shuttle had to get a cab. Had I known this, would have chosen another hotel that shuttle runs later. Ended up costing me the same as if I had chosen a more expensive hotel with a more expanded shuttle service.

The room was extremely dirty (hair in the shower, dust piled against all of the floor boards). Cigarette burn holes on our blanket, etc. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Our room needed a deep cleaning bad!

It was very unclean, and it smelled very bad. The housekeepers never came to clean my room the three days that I was staying there.

The hotel suite me for my purpose and it was very clean. The fellow guests, however, were for the most part rude and loud. Parking spaces are too narrow.

For a bargain hotel, located in the middle of the city, it was a good room, with modern TV and iron and a fridge and microwave. Very good for the traveler who just needs a place to sleep for a night or two.

It served its purpose and had everything it advertised free parking, breakfast, internet, fridge and microwave. easy commute to airport and freeways. Really the place just needs a major upgrade because it just seemed old and very very worn out.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the San Diego airport and its airport shuttle service. In those repescts, the hotel did not disappoint. The rooms, however, were small, the furnishings dated, and lots of external noise (particularly from the hallway) was bothersome.

I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor quality. It may actually be in an area of San Diego that is safe but it sure did not appear that way. Staff was very nice but was glad to leave.
