It was very clean.

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is superb. It's very well located with easy access to major roads and has lots of good restaurants around.Going back to Orlando again in July and hoping to find another good deal at this place. Highly recommended.

The location, room was better than I expected, staff was very friendly & helpful. Overall it was a GREAT Experience and would recommend the Ramada if you are staying in Orlando.
The only that I didn't like was that the Ice Machine was on the 3rd floor & I was on the 4th. I wish that Ices was available on all floors.

My experience was GREAT. The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The Suite that I had was clean & decorated nicely. I will definitelt stay there again when I visit My Dad.

Awesome bed and pillows.
The cleanliness of the bathroom wasn't the best.

overall the stay was good. Nice staff, and decent value. I don't feel that the star level is quite right though. We had to move rooms since the bed was broken and should have been caught by housekeeping. Was surprised that the wallpaper was poorly installed (hard to describe, but rm 4189 was our room).

I was 2 minutes late for the bus to the airport and they left without me but they radioed the driver and he did come back.

The hotel was above my expectations. The staff was great, room clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. I'm a female and was traveling alone, but i felt safe here. Ramada have stepped up their game. I will seek Ramada Suites out for future stays.

The location to the Orlando Int'l Airport and restaurants.
The outdoor pool was a disgrace, to say the least. It had algae and appeared to have not been cleaned in some time. We reported this to the staff and it seemed like no action was taken. We could not use the pool for fear of the algae etc.

Good location to the highay, rooms were ok, however are several other hotels the area that appeared to be much better. Very disappointing with the lack of upkeep with the outdoor pool. This is a must in 85degree weather. If this ws in the shape like it was what else is going on!

As business traveler, I sleep in hotel frequently. Of all the nights i've spent in hotel, I just had worst experience at this hotel. Room was infested with flea or some sort of pest and I've been bitten by them all over my body (which I have pictures to show). This facility doesn't deserve 3 stars, especially if you consider management in consideration. After I notified manager on pest situation of room, he switched me to other room - without any apologies and with every indication of indifference. After I showed him pictures of room & bite marks on my body, he was shocked by condition of room and damages to my body. I would reward this hotel 0 star, negative star if I can . I am so traumatized by this experience, now when I check into hotel room, I get uneasy feelings for me to get sound restful sleeps. ...read more
