Hotel Guest Reviews of the Ramada Xenia

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The rooms were updated & clean. It was near many fast food places within walking distance.
The restaurant was closed for dinner even though they had signs up it was open. Also the "hot" breakfast in the morning was hard seemed like microwaved pancakes & freezer burnt tasting sausage. We stuck with the bagels & pasteries.

The restaurant was closed for dinner even though they had signs up it was open. Also the "hot" breakfast in the morning was horrible, seemed like microwaved pancakes & freezer burnt tasting sausage. We stuck with the bagels & pasteries. The pool was not cleaned so I did it myself with the skimmer. Also the beds were very hard, did not sleep well at all. Also the A/C unit had a thermostat on it that said the room was 60 degrees and it was more like 75-80 & could not get it to work correctly. The hotel is on a busy road and lots of traffic, police sirens, motorcycle noise. This hotel is not worth the price we paid & I would not return. ...read more

It was fine for our purpose of having a place to spend one night. Nothing bad, but nothing noteworthy either.
There was some shady characters hanging out in the lobby and parking lot. Security was a concern.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and kind.
The room needed painted elevator was not working. Grass wasn't cut. Landscaping was neglected. Hall carpets were lifting making it easy to trip

Very quiet.
Hotel is falling apart, dire need of repairs, small things like faucets, toilet holders, etc.

Smells bad, not attractive and bland. Many fixtures were broken are almost broken. Old TV, remote does not work, AC not powerful enough. Breakfast was adequate, but not fresh and the eggs were questionable. Price is too high for the quality.

shower slow to drain

Shower slow to drain. Bathroom exhaust fan needs upgrading to remove moisture as one now doesn't. Room good otherwise. Hallway carpeting nerds to be deep cleaned and a little touching up with paint. Otherwise okay. I noticed its went up in price the last few years. I think for what you get its a little over priced, however not anything else in this city worth even considering. The other two places need levelling. ...read more

The smell of cigarette smoke and loud patrons outside well beyond 3 am.

I was not pleased with this hotel.

The desk clerk stayed on the phone with me when I couldn't navigate my directions to the hotel. Big thank you!
Nothing. It met my standards for an overnight stay. Close to Antioch College in Yellow Springs.

People were very friendly.
