Hotel Guest Reviews of the Red Carpet Inn Endicott

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Comforters on bed had cigarette burns on them. Lights did not work in bathroom.

I would not stay here again. Pay a little more to get a better hotel. It will be worth it

You did not have the breakfast in your office like you said you would. We felt bad about that. Had to go way up the street for our coffee in morning.

Location.

It was fine for our needs.
They did not know that we required 2 non-smoking kings. They tried to give us these at opposite ends of the hotel. We finally ended up with 2 rooms next to each other, one a king and one with 2 double beds.

The entire experience.

Very cheap. I would never stay here again at all costs. Sleeping in the car seemed like a decent alternative.

Front desk clerk was friendly, room was clean, appliances worked, bed comfortable.

This hotel is a good place to stop and sleep. There is nothing fancy about it, but it was clean, convenient to restaurants, located in a quiet, safe area, plenty of parking. The price is reasonable and does provide a refrigerator and microwave. I do wish there was a coffee maker in the room.

Heat didn't work properly, only 1 pillow, and staff was not professional.

The heating in the room was lacking, we had 1 2inch thick pillow, staff didn't want to give us another pillow, made us stand and wait in the lobby for 12 minutes, before they could check us in, cause they wouldn't get off the phone.

Continental breakfast was to be included; but it wasn't there. After we complained the person in charge brought out a few mini bagels and packaged muff.

Please compensate us for not having a continental breakfast available. Also, heater in bathroom did not work.

Ninety dollars is a ridiculous amount of money for a run down dirty dump..

The room i booked was different from what i was promised. This hotel is over priced, if it was the last place available on earth
I would sleep outside before i stay there again. There were thugs hanging out in front most of the day. our room was ninety dollars wasn't worth nine dollars. The bed was sunk in and hard to sleep on, whatever you do don't take off you shoes...

It was cheap, but it was crappy!
Dirty, scummy, guests that looked like drug dealers, smelly, things were broken in the room, stains, and sloppy.

This hotel was in a ghetto part of town and the rooms were in extreme disarray. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! If I was single I would not have stayed there for fear of being robbed or raped by the other guests. Fridge was broken, air conditioner was broken, all the lamps were broken, carpet and walls were filthy.
