Hotel Guest Reviews of the Red Roof Inn Columbus - Hebron
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 7, 2013

Staff was friendly. Rooms were large and very clean. Even though the hotel was next to a trucking company and the I-70 interstate, you did not hear the traffic. Very quiet.

Avoid at all costs. You will need a shower ...but don't take it there!

Stay far away. Priceline charged me more thru the express deal then the hotel charges booking direct. A false statement claiming this is a two star hotel on the part of Priceline.

We never got to stay there, they had no record of any reservations ever being made. The staff was very helpful in helping my wife find a room at 1am in the morning. The place she was sent to wouldn't take my credit card, but luckily I sent $200 in cash with her in case something went wrong.

Paying anymore for this hotel would be highway robbery. The room was typical and seemed clean enough, despite the stained and dingy towels and sheets. The TV had less than 20 available channels, many of which barely came in. It also smelled heavily of cigarette smoke in my room and there were burns on the counters and carpets even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There seemed to be coffee always on!
