Hotel Guest Reviews of the Red Roof Inn Columbus - Hebron

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

the room was much larger than I expected. Even though we weren't on a business trip, room had a nice large desk area for business workers.
The driveway into the hotel was gravel with lots of large chuck holes. I believe the entrance driveway from the highway actually belonged to a trucking company.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were large and very clean. Even though the hotel was next to a trucking company and the I-70 interstate, you did not hear the traffic. Very quiet.

No one hurt me!
Safety latch on door broken and non-functional.Bathtub had no plug, phone was so encrusted with gook that I was afraid to touch it. Woman at front desk coughed on me, my ID an everything else. DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE!!

Avoid at all costs. You will need a shower ...but don't take it there!

A disgrace to the Red Roof Inn chain. Water dripping from ice maker all over tile floor, almost fell. Dirty as outside. Would sleep in my car before staying here again.

Stay far away. Priceline charged me more thru the express deal then the hotel charges booking direct. A false statement claiming this is a two star hotel on the part of Priceline.

It was in a good location.
The room was just painted, which is good except that it smelled so strong of paint that I got a headache. They should of aired it out a couple more days. Also the breakfast was horrible.

The breakfast had 3 things to choose from small powder sugar donuts, raisin bran and slices of bread. The juice machine was listed out of order and the hot chocolate/creamer/cofee machine was not working. There was a pot of coffee and powdered creamer. The room looked clean but the blankets had stains either blood or chocolate. And the sheets had yellow stains on them. But for a good price it was a O.K. place to stay for one night. ...read more

Dog friendly. Dirty hotel. Towels were suppose to be white. Looked like someone urinated on them. Didn't take a shower bc of this. Cracks in entire lobby floor. Just a place to sleep for me and dogs. Get what you pay for.

We never got to stay there, they had no record of any reservations ever being made. The staff was very helpful in helping my wife find a room at 1am in the morning. The place she was sent to wouldn't take my credit card, but luckily I sent $200 in cash with her in case something went wrong.

Cheap.

Paying anymore for this hotel would be highway robbery. The room was typical and seemed clean enough, despite the stained and dingy towels and sheets. The TV had less than 20 available channels, many of which barely came in. It also smelled heavily of cigarette smoke in my room and there were burns on the counters and carpets even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There seemed to be coffee always on!
