Well I was glad it was inside,upstairs, non smoking, clean, good hot water, comfy bed, nice heat 4 the room+ good people. Repeated alarms 2 wake up as I asked for 2 or 3 times in the morning...I felt safe there.I had 2 come late at night front desk helped

The room was great very clean, staff were helpful and know their job.
I love everything about the hotel
The hotel was too nice and the price was great.I did not expert what i saw due to the price because the price was great and affordable so i thought at that price the hotel will not be that good but when i got to the hotel from the parking lot to the room my girlfriend was so happy and love the room, so clean and comfortable.

No. Everything was good.
The only thing I would let people know is there is a charge to use the computer/internet in the lobby of the hotel and no free wifi.

the room was very comfortable and clean, the hotel overall was very clean the staff was very helpful
just wish there were more channels on the tv to choose from or dvd players so that u could rent movies since you are right near the grocery store which has a red box
The hotel is very clean, comfortable and the staff is very helpful. The location is pretty good even if you did not have access to a vehicle as there are restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store literally in the next parking lot so you can always get anything you might have forgotton or run out of without paying too much.

Lobby coffee, a standard for business travelers, was pretty awful, and had only powdered everything to go in it. Disappointing.

we booked the room as we came from ct for a funeral, we were on the 5th floor, i am handicapped and had to walk up 5 flights of stairs cause elevator wasnt working, we were not compensated for this at all.
