The location was great. Its only a few meters to the cathedral and a short distance to Los Ramblas and staff very helpful.
The upholstery needs cleaning. The curtains/chair upholstery is dated. Otherwise furniture is nice.

I appreciated the convenient location by the cathedral. The room was clean and very spacious. The staff is very helpful.

Noise from the metro exit.

I would stay there again but ask for a more quiet location. Even move rooms mid stay if necessary.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Location was ideal.
Noise levels from street and internal were uncomfortable.

Ideal location for walking to sites and proximity to good restaurants. Decor needs updating. Beds need more than one small pillow. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive. Similar food was available nearby at half the price.

They upgraded us to a suite. The hotel was in a lovely location, and the staff was friendly.

We actually were sent to the Hotel Colon. It was wonderful. We were in the lobby of the Regency Colon and it was very nice too.

Good location, friendly staff, spacious hotel, easy to buses and central area.

Wonderfully restored interior, good location and value for money. Very clean and service orientated.

Very helpful and friendly staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
No dining except for breakfast.

A great hotel for the price! Super staff and very adequate rooms. Met all or our expectations and more. Great location steps from the Cathedral. I would describe the hotel as simple, but completely satisfying. Highly recommend for short stays. Would prefer full service dining room for longer stays.
