Close to my conference.
Remote control difficult to operate.

The hotel parking lot was small but accommodating,
I would have liked shuttle service to the Westin where my conference took place. The room was clean and neat, plenty of hot water. freeway accessible.

No remote to TV, small TV, and very little parking.

This was a place to lay my head down prior to getting a flight out. The price matched what I used , low price low standard.

Friendly housekeeping.
They gave away our room to some one else, when we had already booked it days in advanced.

The location of this place was good, we did have a problem when we first arrived. We got there about 9 am, we requested to get Early check in even thou they charged extra. The older gentleman said we couldn't because they were booked. My main concern was that we had our room when we got back which was going to be late at night. Well we get back at 9 pm and the guy had given our room to someone else!! We had paid for a 2 queen size beds and we got 1 dam king size bed! I was mad! We had asked this guys 3 times are you sure we will be getting what we requested and he Assured us that we would. Never stay there again. ...read more

Staff was open and helpful.
Older hotel, worn, very close to airport so jets came over VERY loud.

Not what I expected. Older and worn. Toilet rocked on floor (wow), plywood tank cover, no vent fan in bathroom, missing light in room, and no chairs.

Two beds for a great price. Close to a mall and movie theater.
Poor neighborhood. Angry desk person.

Mediocre experience. Good price. Decent beds. Small bathroom. Clean. Cable. They offered wireless but very poor signal in my room.

The price was very reasonable, they gave us the downstairs room even though they were deluxe.
A few low flying jets, but didn't wake me. Parking spaces narrow.
