Friendly staff. easy to work with. very accomidating. no stress. helpful.
I really liked the hotel. The hotel staff made an effort to speak English. They allowed me to check-in early, very nice and accomidating. When traveling from Kyoto station, just take JR Biwako line [track 2] to Ishiyama station. From the station, just go south [down pass McDonalds] to the dark tall buidling.
