Washrooms were on the small side.
Other than small washrooms - given this was rated a 2.5 star, everything exceeded our expectations.

Very convenient.
No clear for the breakfast.
The only cons, was the confusion for the breakfast. When we check-in the front desk tell me that the breakfast is included but finally, the peoples at the restaurant say something else. With Priceline, no breakfast. Finally, they charge me only one breakfast (for me and my wife). It's a buffet breakfast but there's many things they don't have.
