This is a GORGEOUS hotel. Very swanky and homely at the same time. Aye at the front desk was incredibly helpful and kind. Every staff member said hello, told me to have a good day, kind small talk. It was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless and very inviting. The shower was a dream! Metro was close, but the hotel offered a shuttle to the metro. They had lobby games while you waited... (extra fun!) they had an up to date live monitor to track weather, traffic, and where the shuttle was. I really value this type of service. You don't find it nowadays. Won't be my last time at this hotel! (Didn't have to negotiate a price for this hotel. Simply set my star rating and price and saw this had the best rating... and I definitely see why!) KUDOS TO THE MANAGEMENT + STAFF! ...

Great hotel. Close to everything. There is event a shuttle that goes to the metro. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was beautiful.

Business Traveler
Very convenient shuttle service to the metro and the airport. A great gym. Clean and bright lobby. Excellent coffee shop just off the main lobby. This is a great hotel. I was very pleased with the experience.

What can I say? My stay was absolutely AMAZING! Staf was super friendly and helpful. I mean, the staff has had to be the most friendliest I've ever come across. You would think this was a 5 star hotel.

I would definitely return to this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were great and they had Aveda products in the bathrooms. You are close enough to walk to the metro and hop on the train to go anywhere; old town Alexandria or DC.
