Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Easy access to airport, using public transit.

Fantastic hotel if you're staying a few days. The fridge in the room is very practical. Well equipped gym (for cardio). Across the street from Silverline Way stop, making it very easy to use public transit.

Gorgeous hotel. Loved the location, close enough to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet. Near may excellent restaurants and ICA.
Mandatory valet parking at $44.00 for guests?? Seriously? That really blew the budget.

Excellent location. Close to restaurants and downtown.
There was no roof deck.

This hotel was excellent. I traveled with my wife and we felt like we were miles away from the noise and chaos of the city, yet we could walk to over 7-8 different restaurants and bars within 1-2 blocks of the hotel. It had the waterfront feel to it as soon as you walked out the door. The staff was friendly and there was a Starbucks in the lobby for an added bonus. Downtown Boston was within a mile walk right along the harbor. Parking was average at $30 day. Overall a great experience. We are already planning on going back this summer. ...read more

We had a room on the 17th floor and with a view of the city as well as the waterfront. This made for a positive experience. Also, it was quiet.
The only thing I can think of is that the clock did not illuminate in the dark.

I found the location to be great for getting to paces of interest. I did not eat at the restaurant but did get coffee, ice and muffin at the Starbucks there which was convenient for breakfast.I really enjoyed the view from the room as mentioned above. One of the male navigators was very helpful/knowledgeable with info on buying tickets for shows, etc. I felt secure/safe while staying in a clean room with friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. ...read more

The room was very spacious-bigger than we expected. Walking distance to lots of restaurants.
Wi-fi was not free. I had to use it for 2 hours and was charged $12.95! That is ridiculous.
