Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Boston Waterfront Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(15) | Solo Traveler(18) | Traveling as Couple(56) | Family with Young Children(19) | Family with Teens(13) | Senior Traveler(1) | Group Traveler(6)

The lobby was very nice and the rooms were quite comfortable.
On a couple of occasions the staff did not have enough English to answer my questions. Also the spa treatments they listed in the room were not in house so had to be booked in advance to get a person on site.
Over all the stay was very nice and the hotel was good walking distance to the convention center.

The room was fantastic and clean. The staff was helpful, and they responded well to any requests. Access to public transportation was fantastic.
My only beef is that parking was too expensive! I don't think their situation is any different than other area hotels; I just wish hotels would get their own garages or else strike better deals with garages they use.

Room and facilities were very nice and extremely well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was great for traveling with a child. We walked to and from the Children's Museum and though a little farther the aquarium was within walking d

Rooms were well decorated and very clean. Great restaurant and bar.
Parking was ridiculously expensive. Pool was rather chilly and hot tub was out of service on the afternoon that we arrived (though staff were working on it and it was back on line the next morning).

I found it a little more cumbersome to take the T around town as it was not on a main T line. It is off the silver line which goes to the airport so it does require a few more transfers to travel from the hotel to the reset of the town

Hotel had great staff, very neat & clean. Close to the water & good attractions near by.
Only problem with the hotel is that I reserved a room with a king bed and received a a room with double queen beds. Threw me off guard when I got there to check in.

The room was lovely with very comfortable beds.
I wish I had known we would have to park at another hotel and walk over because their valet was full. Also the lights were a bit tricky to turn on and off.
