The hotel was very easy to find. We were early and the staff was extremely helpful having our room prepared quickly. Parking is in the front of the hotel or in the parking garage behind the hotel.

The hotel was perfect for two adults. Our room was a nice size with a very comfortable bed. The parking is free, but there is an extra charge for the internet. Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. I wouldn't choose this hotel if I had children along as there is no complimentary breakfast and the hotel restaurant is rather pricey.

Free cookies in the lobby and infused water. A spalike luxury. Free parking. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants.
Wi fi in the room is $12.95. The pool is indoors rather than outdoors. The is a plus in the winter but v a minus in the summer.

We booked on priceline but put in the parameters to land specifically at this hotel and fortunately it worked. Hotel staff w a s courteous and genuinely caring and helpful. The infused water was delicious. The day we got there it was strawberry, mint and lemon. I filled my cup up 3 times. My husband loved the cookies.

I love this hotel. THe staff is nice. It is beautiful and the beds are so cozy. When I'm travelling I need to be able to sleep. I was so comfortable I woke up and forgotten what city I was in bc I was blissful. The food is delicious at this hotel also.
Parking could be better. There is a valet that always has 2 cars in it but 40 spots. I have to lug all my luggage from way back behind the building.

This is a wonderful hotel. Amazing location right in South Park, across from a fabulous mall. Near downtown, a very short drive. Very close to beautiful homes and businesses. Just a great place to be. Next thing to get is a POOL!

The hotel parking garage was not connected to the hotel with an elevator.

Great location, right in the Southpark area. Great shopping and restaurants.

No air-conditioner, 12.99 for internet, web pics of the rooms are NOT the actual rooms for this particular hotel; they are for their sister hotel several miles down the road. Price is absurd for a room that is no bigger than the average Comfort Inn.

The overall experience at this hotel was very pleasant. My only surprise was that it did not offer free water, only ice. However you could get a bottle of water from the machine at $2.00!. So I'd advise to buy water at a local store if you want to save some money. We love the location since you could findgood restaurants and shops within walking distance.
