Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Charlotte Suites
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(22) | Solo Traveler(17) | Traveling as Couple(51) | Family with Young Children(11) | Family with Teens(5) | Senior Traveler(5) | Group Traveler(6)

Spacious room. Staff very agreeable changing queen bed room to a king bed room without hassles.
Tiny bathroom with lowww sink made wash up uncomfortable. Middle grade towels in bathroom a disappointment.
Typical ostentatious courtyard style layout. With two- and three-star hotels all offering free Wi-Fi and breakfasts, it's always a surprise when wannabe 3-star hotels charge exorbitant $10 daily fees for Wi-Fi and $15 per person for a breakfast buffet. So, the
xxx I paid Priceline for the room soon became less of a bargain when all other expenses were figured in.
