The grandness and beauty of it. The staff was excellent, in particular the Bell Captain, Carl. The breakfast included with the room was awesome. The easy access to the Tower City Mall, the RTA, and the Casino is a real plus.
The size and layout of the room was a disappointment given the cost of it.
Great place, great staff, beautiful hotel, that offers easy access to the downtown adventures of Cleveland. I will stay there again.

Thought the morning brunch was average at best and very pricey for what you got.
Very nice hotel in a great location. Personnel were very helpful and always greeted us.

Nice location.
Not family friendly, staff acted put out that we had children.
Room was clean and well lit. Just didn't have the best experience regarding our children. Every staff member we encountered acted put out that we were traveling with small kids, especially the staff at the continental breakfast.

The staff and their attitude
We stayed at this hotel on a busy weekend. The check in staff were very unorganized. They were not interested in helping us or making our stay comfortable. One receptionist by the name of Alison was so mean to us. She almost ruined our whole weekend and literally tried to pick a fight with us. Luckily, the place was very clean and well kept and the remainder of the staff made up for the way she treated us. ...

I thought the staff was very friendly, The restaurant was excellent.
Its old so it has a bit of a musty smell. Especially in the hallways.
Staff friendly. Located near great restaurants, The lounge and restaurant were very good.
