Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 18, 2013

The star level is appropriate, however the prices of wifi, parking, and cost of food should be re considered. I'd compare this to the Hilton and if I had to choose again, I'd probably choose the Hilton.

A typical traveling experience. Oh Yes!, I always travel with my "Internet on the Go" Data card so I can log in with my tablets where there is no WiFi available. I thought they blocked the service in my room, although I can see there was full WiFi access in my room in the 8th floor, heck I could use my cell phones to make phone calls but not WiFi, unless I paid them $15 a day. You figure. When I called the desk to inquire about getting free WiFi, the lady at the desk told me, she needed to look at my account to see if I qualify for free Internet. When she told me that my account didn't qualify me, I thought maybe because I bought my room through Priceline? who Knows, but to block my Internet Device? Who knows. JUst a traveling experience! ...

You'll have to pay to park at the hotel. Convenient to airport and Aaron's amphitheater. No coffee maker or refrigerator in the room.

I have read the other reviews and most people say the rooms are very noisy. I was put in a room with a view of the airport. I could see and hear the planes. I asked to have my room changed to a room where I would not hear the planes and we were moved without a problem. No noise at all!
