Business Traveler
Everything about this hotel was first class all the way. From the staff, to the beautiful lobby, and restaurant. The room was larger than I expected and the night view of downtown Dallas was spectacular.

They lost my reservation & I had to find another hotel to stay at. Then they charged me anyway and I had to call to ask them to reverse the charges.

This is a fine hotel. The receptionist upgraded the room after I told her it was our anniversary. Breakfast was very good and the room was excellent.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Didn't spend much time in the room, but when we did it was great. View was great, bed was comfortable and staff was awesome.
