Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Dallas

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Breakfast and all food and drink is way too pricey for this hotel. $19 for a basic breakfast. Also. Parking lot was being renovated so there was a $22 a night valet fee. No choice because there is no where else to park.

$22 parking fee. No choice but to use hotels parking due to location.

Godo location
Denied to have shuttle service over the phone when they do and schedule for hrs posted on lobby. Also an employee came into my room shortly after checking without knocking stating he was checking room and walked off, very rude.

I took this deal to save $10 from the competitor across the street. Please spare your money and go else where for the price.

The view was great being up on the 21st floor. It's located in a convenient spot right next to the highway so you can get anywhere quick. It's less than a mile from Medieval Times, which is why I went to Dallas.
Room was a little on the small side but still comfortable for my wife and I.

The Lobby seems to be clogged with people standing around and not giving way to passers by. This indicates that it may be too small...

What impressed me the most occurred during my hour of need. I bought two great pair of new shoes and, unfortunately, left them on the outside front of the hotel as I was loading my car. I didn't realize I left them until I arrived home. It speaks volume
I was beyond excited with the Renaissance!

Nice view, comfortable bed, beautiful shower. Don't forget there is a full length mirror on the back of the bathroom door. The restaurant is well attended for a reason: the food and drinks are quite good. Enjoyed the live ensemble and singer. Even the elevators are prompt! Bring your camera - you'll want to capture this experience.

Very clean, comfortable and restaurant was very good.
Every single pin drop, elevator opening, door open, door shut, drunk person stumbling to their room at 2 am can clearly and loudly be heard in the room. Got very little sleep as was constantly woken up by hallway activity. Very frustrating.

The Lobby is elegant and beautiful. The free breakfast was amazing! It was more like a breakfast buffet! Loved the coffee in our room. The beds are so comfortable!

The free internet service was not in our room: but is available in the business center downstairs. The free parking was full because of the dallas market show and we were charged $22 per day for valet parking. This is a 5 minute walk to the dallas market. Great location! I will be back next year!
