staff was very polite.i had a very pleasant stay.
internet ,being charged.i guess they all do it.

the staff were on it ,the person at the front desk was polite and because i was coming from a job site i was a mess . lol maybe thats why they moved out of my way . i just thought they were being nice,lol

Great patio and lots of space.
Had to pay $18 for self park, but we weren't fussed about it.

There is a 7-11 just a few blocks north of the hotel (Pine/Broadway), where you can buy snacks and drinks to stock up your in room "cooler".

CLEAN ROOMS, HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS STAFF.

HOTEL WAS VERY NICE. IT WAS PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDED ACCOMODATIONS. CENTRALLY LOCATED IN DOWNTOWN LONG BEACH. RESTUARANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.

Great location - close to restuarants & shopping and we had a view on the ocean side.
No free parking - I did not use internet but I did see you are changed a fee for that as well. Some of the room furniture was outdated.

Hotel staff was friendly & polite. It was a good trip.

Nothing special about it. Room did not feel fresh. Old, worn copies of hotel information and magazines. Windows don't crack open for fresh air. Staff nice, though.

Location was the only good thing that stood out. Dont think ill go back at all though.
Charged $18 for parking! Staff is rude and very non friendly.

There was nothing really special about this hotel. More like a 2 Star hotel when it came to the rooms.
