Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nothing
Staff were not nice. Hated the lights in each elevator. Including blue red and green i giess. It scared me when some else was already in the elavator and door opens. It reminded i was in prostute town. The lights are not matching to be in 4stars hotel.

I didnt like the wifi isnt offered for free in my room. so i had to come out in the lobby till late to finish my work.

Nice clean , comfortable beds.
My only complaint is that the advertising stated there was a fridge in every room. We were counting on this as we had food with yes that required cooling. There was no fridge. Very disappointed .

Excellent location very nice rooms
They charged me to access the internet, but when I was accessing, the charge was not prominently advertised, and I missed it. Had I known, I could have waited. I didn't have $14 worth of business to do.

A quality facility very near LAX
Exorbitant parking fees on top of very high local taxes turned a good bargain into a not-so-good bargain.

My Priceline confirmation stated my card was charged at time of booking. It was therefore disconcerting when my card was charged at checkin (for an unexpectedly much higher amount). This information should be made clear to Priceline patrons.

Fine Localtion
Wifi is not free in the room, omg. I had to be sitting in the lobby to use the internet.

ok one. Parking is expensive, and wifi is a big trouble. Others are fine.

The facility is beautiful, clean and staff quite helpful.
Parking and Internet very expensive. We upgraded where these necessities are included but that made it about XXX/day negating the great rate we got on Priceline. Considering the place the tub was not the size or quality I would expect in a suite.

Nice remodeled room with comfortable bed. Convenient to the airport, shuttle was on time and driver was courteous.
The bathroom looked like it was not remodeled along with the rest of the room. Lots of mold in the tub/shower area with very outdated shower head. Several tiles on the bathroom were cracked.

Best hotel staff.
The parking fee, $27, almost negated the total savings we received by priceline.

The parking fee is ridiculously expensive.

Location within a walk of rental car returns and short drive from airport. I also found free parking on the street outside.
