Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Very close to the airport, clean, nice staff.
The shuttle which is listed as every 15 minutes, took 45 minutes to get back, they had two on their online map and suddenly one disappeared, the valet said they sometimes "go back to home base". This resulted in us not getting our luggage on our flight.

All was good except at checkout when we waited for the shuttle, it says it runs every 15-20 mins, it took 45 minutes to come back then picked up passengers at Crown Plaza before heading to the airport, resulting in an overfull load of passengers and suitcases and given our flight was on United in Terminal 7, we were very delayed and our luggage did not make out flight, was very annoyed. ...read more

I like the location .
CHARGING YOUR GUEST FOR PARKING! That's ridiculous !! Needs to upgrade the rooms.the price is good but when you add the parking it's not cheap anymore.

Yes,they helped us get the best deal for the room.
There was a charge for the parking and I specifically picked a hotel through price line that was no charge for parking.I will have to check the site.

Really nice decor. The restaurant was fantastic. The food was excellent as was the service. The only draw back, was it was a little pricey. The breakfast buffet had an omlette bar that was nice.

Check in staff, spent 1.5 hours arguing with priceline. Was told we had no reservation and the hotel was full. I had just driven from Houston for 2 days straight and was tired. Wasn't happy as I was ready to drop dead.

The hotel was very nice overall.
Big problem with parking fees. For 2 days you get a $55 charge. Guests should be able to park free. If we had known about these charges we would have stayed somewhere else.

Be careful with parking fee charges. 22.50 per day to park in their parking garage. Way too much. Park across the street for no charge.

It doesnt seem to me like a 4 star. It seems to me like a 2 star or maybe a 3 star.

Make sure you realize you have to pay a extra 25 dollars for parking per night.

I was surprised at the $25 - $32 parking which made the hotel cost 25% more than what I thought I was paying . Very disappointing!!!! I guess that is one way to make it look like it is a great deal. Cheap way to do business though. Hold Priceline responsi

Easy to/from airport; decent walk to rental car locations. Perfect for a night once you get in to the city, you can use it as a good home base while visiting through LA since you need a car no matter what. Only issue could be parking...use the Burger King
It would be nice to have free parking at the location.

Area's not awesome or anything; it's by the airport. But if you are getting in late it's easy from the airport. You can walk to Enterprise (15 min) or take the shuttle back to the airport, then catch the shuttle to Enterprise from there (or any rental car really). The rooms are very nice, comfortable. Great hotel for the price in LA.
