Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance New Orleans Arts Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

The hotel was nice and modern. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was a few dollars less than other hotels in the area. The parking fees really add up and can ruin a trip when you get the bill. Nice hotel. Would like to stay there more through Priceline.

Spacious room, excellent service, front staff were friendly and very, very helpful. Location is really good. We appreciated that there were child friendly attractions nearby (Children's Museum around the corner, IMAX and riverwalk a few blocks away) but the ambiance in genl was sophisticated and relaxing.

The location is great but the amenities could greatly improve. Free wifi is almost a standard in todays age and we went downstairs for more coffee after we used what was in our rooms and was told we could purchase some from the resturant for $3.00 or so per cup. Canned soft drinks from the gift shop are $3.50, really? I feel this hotel takes advantage of the guests by charging high prices for everyday things. ...

It was an awesome experience. Me and my team will definitely be referring priceline to our other business partners as we do travel at least 3-4x's per year if not more, and the less we can spend with great quality the better.
