Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. It was a short walk from everything! I loved the location and the decor... it was an adorable and comfortable place to stay. The hotel staff was fantastic and so personable.
The restaurant staff did leave something to be desired. They weren't exactly helpful when they saw we had a voucher for their establishment. This was disappointing, and not a great way to create repeat customers. I went elsewhere for breakfast.

This hotel will not disappoint, but be aware that the rooftop pool is more of a puddle than a pool.... but then again, who goes to NOLA to stay at the hotel?

Staff was great! There was a mini fridge in the room. Rooftop pool and whirlpool were a nice touch. Area was lovely!
Parking is ALWAYS an issue in NO. 38 dollars for valet was expensive. And they are doing a lot of construction in this area.

Location is great. Hotel is quaint and staff is great. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located in the Central Business District and is very close to the French Quarter. It is easy to reach just about any destination in the New Orleans area.
They charge for parking. $38 a day plus tips is ridiculous. They charge for wifi, $12 a day is also ridiculous. The restaurant charges prices that you'd find at a high-priced restaurant. It isn't. It's a hotel restaurant. However, these are all optional!

The location is great, you're a block away from one of New Orleans best restaurants, Mother's. You're a few blocks from the French Quarter. The room was elegant, and had neat artwork on the walls. It was made up to high standards on a daily basis. Beyond that, there was nothing special about the room. It had a tiny bathroom. This is probably the norm at downtown hotels. The lobby was nice, it had many pieces of neat artwork. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. My only gripe with the hotel is that they nickel-and-dime you at every turn. Parking is $38 a day plus tips. That's half of what I paid for room itself. Luckily I checked on this beforehand, and got a slightly cheaper parking lot down the street. I had no qualms about walking the one block at night. The wifi was $12 a day, also ridiculous. Many hotels, even McDonalds can afford to offer it free. We didn't use it. Also we looked at the prices at the restaurant at the hotel and decided not to go there as well. In the world capital of good food, paying an arm and a leg for run of the mill hotel food is not an option! Overall, it is a great hotel, and I would recommend it. ...read more

The hotel staff were great and very welcoming. It is a pretty good walk from Bourbon Street and French Quarter, probably about 15 minute walk. about 5 minute walk to Harrah's Casino. There are a few restaurants and bars directly across the street from the front doors. The only major downfall is you have to valet park and parking is $35-$40 per night.

This hotel has an awesome location! The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean.
There was nothing I didn¿t like, but if I had to mention something. The stocked water bottle in the room was open. I informed the lobby, it was never replaced, but they didn't charge me either.

I went with my Sister-n-law and friend. Great ¿Girls trip¿ It was a great stay! The Location was awesome and staff super nice. The rooms were decorated nicely and very clean. I have put this Hotel on my "Places to stay" list!

It was exactly how it was pictured with nice, bright rooms. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Great people in the restaurant and they gave great menu selections. Workout room was clean and all equipment was working.
There was a leak in the hall way that caused the carpet to get wet and buckets to be placed down.

It was a great hotel with a great location to everything! It was also close to other good restaurants. The staff was efficient, nice and courteous. Definitely a place a would stay at again.
