THe location near the French Quarter and the Street Cars were excellent!
They only offer valet parking and it was a little pricey. (we found self park around the corner for half the price).

Fantastic hotel close to French Quarter.
Parking expensive.

Were offered free breakfast in exchange for a smaller Queen room. Very nice and still plenty of room. It was great to walk everywhere.

Very convenient location to French Quarter.
I did NOT like the unpleasant surprise of finding there was a daily parking fee of $38 upon arrival at the hotel. Would've been nice had Priceline made mention of this.

Location was the outstanding feature of this hotel. Rooms were o.k. Staff was accomodating. Not a lot of space in the lobby/common areas. Daily parking fee seemed high.

I absolutely loved the room. It had the high ceilings just like all old New Orleans Hotels do. The Hotel itself was beautiful. The Concierge was very helpful with local venue information.

The Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Just a few blocks from Bourban. However to Jackson Square, you may want to get a Taxi for evening trips, and cabs were easy to get. The Concierge was very helpfull with local Venue information. Nice Bar and sitting area in the lobby area. Only a couple of blocks from Canal, where you can catch a street car for only $1.50. Thus hotel was beautiful, very clean, and had an amazing staff that was very accommodating and helpful! The location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to go by foot! Close to the French quarter, bourban street, Jackson square!

I would definitely stay there again. There is a wonderful cafe across the street you should check out!

I call to ensure I'd get a king. Staff assured me of it. When I arrived they said the only one they had was the handicaped room!!! The carpeted ramp to the bath room almost broke my neck twice!! The bar closes way too early for a place like NO.
Bar closes way too early. Post a dinner out, adults like a night cap before going to room!

I felt so comfortable and loved the workout facilities!
Nope.

I would recommend this hotel as I am been in meeting planner for 25 years with association. Hopefully we'll hotel a meeting in New Orleans in the comming years.
