Thus hotel was beautiful, very clean, and had an amazing staff that was very accommodating and helpful! The location was perfect for everywhere we wanted to go by foot! Close to the French quarter, bourban street, Jackson square!

I would definitely stay there again. There is a wonderful cafe across the street you should check out!

I felt so comfortable and loved the workout facilities!
Nope.

I would recommend this hotel as I am been in meeting planner for 25 years with association. Hopefully we'll hotel a meeting in New Orleans in the comming years.

Awesome, beautiful, clean, plush hotel! Awesome location & fantastic staff!
The only ensy wensy wee little problem is the water pressure changes for a few secs when someone else showers or flushes a toilet when you're showering. I've stayed at this hotel a few times in different rooms and had the same problem in each room.

Walking distance from every thing . Good staff
$38 dollars parking surprise . Almost have no choice if you donot know the area .

I call to confirm booked for a double bed/nonsmoking the night prior/assured by hotel staff yes. When I arrive there was only one bed in room. Upon entering room trash can had trash from prior guest,tv didn't work. Staff was nice/helpful. Location great.

Parking is Crazy expensive lots 1 block from the hotel are 1/2 the price.

Parking is insane your forced to valet. Location is great. Aveda soap products are nice. King rooms are tiny but very clean. 4 stars but not 4.5.
