Staff was great. Location was great. Room could use some work.
Maintenance of room could be better.

Overall was a good hotel. Did not eat there so can't comment on that. Location was great. Close access to streetcars, French Quarter, restaurants, casino, etc. Staff is quite helpful. As time to arise on departure was critical, left a wake up call because could not make alarm work, but staff failed to call us. We made flight OK anyway.
