Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Orlando At Seaworld

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

All the activities they have. Pool, jacuzzi, water park Ping pong, fous ball and big field where we played Soccer.

Very convenient to I-4, International Drive, Disney and Universal parks. Right across the street from Sea World.

Don't get an adjoining room unless you need one and unless you want to hear EVERYTHING your neighbors say and do! I had to move twice! I found the walls were not insulated well. The shower head was a Speakman but was clogged up and needed to be replaced. I mean it was nice and the lobby was spacious and the pool was nice. The bed was good but not great. Not as comfortable as other "4 star" hotels. I got a good price on priceline and I was happy with the value. But I'm glad I did not have to pay
xxx a night... But overall, this hotel did not meet my expectations.

The worst hotel that I have visited in my live, since I usually I trust the overall rate but in reality it is not worth 4 stars.

Bad bad bad bad

Great location and staff is wonderful.

Great location. Rooms are large and clean. Pool is excellent. Guest parking is expensive.

It feels old and not the level of Service we wanted.

If you want nice don't stay here, beds stink and getting in and out of parking was a pain.

A great location.
Was not kid friendly, room was very old, refrigerator in room was broken and nothing was done about it (we had a baby with us and needed to keep her milk cold) so we had to go out and buy a cooler.

Very beautiful lobby and pool area. Food was very good as well.
I'm a Mariott rewards member, however they didn't give me a room accordingly, nor did they give me my points, because I didn't book through Marriott, but through another site. I didn't like that at all.

It's a very beautiful hotel, very luxurious. I'm very spoiled and have to say, I absolutely loved it. The bar could stay open a little bit longer. It closes at 1 am

Had an awesome time. Beautiful hotel and room. Ideal location
Balcony but no view. It was overlooking a rooftop and the wall to an adjacent building

No unexpected surprises for a 4 star hotel in Orlando. Come prepared to spend money on minor Amenities like bottled water placed in your hotel room.

The pool
Their parking scam large parking lot and they charge $18.00 to self park your car. Will never stay here again ripoff.

Hotel is nice pool is nice parking scam is a big problem for me. Will not stay here again extra $20.00 a day and there is more than enough parking all around the hotel.

Location
The room I slept in the first night faced to an area that was pretty noisy because of some type of generators that are running. For my second night, I asked for another room at another side of the hotel. That was fine.

If you like a big hotel, the Renaissance is a very big hotel. Teh hotel itself needs some renovation. Woudl no longer call it a 4*. Probably more a 3 1/2 or 3*.
