Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Paris Arc De Triomphe Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Rooms was very clean, and seens to be new! The staff is very helpful. Location is exactly near from the Arc. There's a subway station nearby and a lot of restaurants for all kinds of food and prices.
I dont have anything to complain about!

Very clean room with a nice decoration. If you are tired of those old style hotels from europe this one is just perfect!

Great staff.
It needs more sitting room in the lobby.

Excellent location, very professional and friendly staff, specially for being in pairs. The restaurant food is superb, breakfast, lunch and dinner. And modern rooms.

Excellent staff that was very helpful, and they are flexible with accomidating last minute changes. Great workout room.
The junior suit was smaller then expectations, but it is paris.

This hotel is not cheap, but it is worth the splurg once in a while.

Very safe.
Cheap looking decor, lousy service. Poor internet service. no room service for days. Many extra fees.

This hotel in not at all what I expect and have experienced from a 5 star rating. This hotel should be a 3.5 star at best. It was safe and clean but otherwise, calling it a 5 star was a joke! The decor was tacky and cheap. The food was awful and the room service was non existent for numerous days. This was my 33rd visit to Paris and the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff, in fairness, did try to be helpful and they were mostly nice but were unable to resolve simple requests for room service. I spoke to the maid myself and she still did not clean the room. The location is fine if you enjoy being in the throngs of tourists. If you indeed want a beautiful hotel with amenities, this is not it. And extra fees....the internet was 30 dollars a day? Huh? Moreover, the internet connection and speed were as slow as molasses! In the gym, all the machines were broken in one way or another. I could go on but I think you have the idea! Don't be fooled, this is not a classy Parisien hotel at all. ...read more

The location was great.
Concierge was extremely rude, he was aggressive and confrontational.

The concierge service was great: friendly, helpful, and organized!
The breakfast was not included and was too expensive to add in the account and the only day we had it, wasn't great, we had better meals outside.
