Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Pittsburgh
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 1, 2013

We opted for Valet Parking at a cost of $30/day which worked for us as we were in and out multiple times during our stay. THere is a parking garage across the street which would be a less expensive option if you planned to park yur car and leave it.

Good comfortable hotel, small rooms, missing some basic amenities (no clock in room, tv broadcast HD stations without sound/analog stations with sound), good location.

Rooms were wonderful. Just the right size. Seemed very elegant to me.

fellow travelers make sure hotel desk staff clearly understands if you prepay in advance thru a 3rd party so they dont charge you as well.

The hotel seems overwhelmed, the staff was nowhere to be found. The guys in front of the door however were great. Friendly and very helpful with valet.

Classy place with good parking and a great location. Big difference between rooms with some small and others larger. Perhaps Priceline customers get the smaller rooms since they pay less?

Excellent location for attending Pirate or Steeler games. Bar is good for food and drink.

I was disappointed with the hotel after reading all of the previous reviews. I was expecting a great hotel and found it to be fair/good. Perhaps it was just our room, but the furnishings including the bathroom were old, scratched up and worn. I would possibly return because I love the location and knowing that what the hotel is like my expectations would be different. By the way, the beds and bedding are amazing! ...
