Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance Seoul
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.November 28, 2012

On my trip to Korea for 10 days, I stayed at 4 different hotels to use up my credit card miles. This hotel is great for a short stay on a business trip. This is my 8th time here. The price from Priceline, this hotel is the best value.

It is a solid four star hotel. I liked the staff's helpfulness and the service. They speak English well and went out their way to help. Normal price for a room seems a bit expensive though.

I recommend this hotel to anyone! The rooms are quiet. We were quite comfortable even with our small child. The service was superb!! For the service alone we would definitely stay again. We arrived in the rain and the doormen were by our bus with umbrellas. They did not let us do a thing which was a godsend after such a long trip. The hotel is extremely clean. We used the navigator's desk a lot and found it extremely helpful. Check in was a breeze. ...

This place is only good for the price and location. Needs a serious update. I don't understand how they got a 4 star rating. Small rooms, restrooms, water pressure is a slow drip in the shower, and the thermostat is at one setting. One saving grace is the bed.

Great hotel in Gangnam area, close to everything but far enough to give you peace and quiet. Also right on the Kal Limo bus route

Very friendly staff, makes the hotel feel like a 5 star instead of a 4 star. The lobby is very clean and kept, everything is crisp and clean in the rooms. Overall great service and very elegantly presented.
