Staff at all levels went out of their way to assist. Very pleasant and helpful
The only downside was the failure to mention that their pool was closed for another two months. They have however made arraingements for use of other hotel pools in the area.
This hotel gives excellent service. The e and is compatable with the star rating. The food variety and freshness could be improved but overall excellent service and presentation. It is a bit overpriced but within the range for similar hotels in Shanghai.

Super clean, good location, but strange entrance.
Huge construction going on next door, this was not made known on the website.
