Hotel Guest Reviews of the Renaissance St. Pancras London Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Rooms were nice and public spaces good. Location wasn't great but I'd recommend the hotel.

This hotel has a great location, a very polite and helpful staff and the rooms are very quiet especially considering the very central and active location
The quality of the room was disappointing : very common furniture, the mattress was nit very comfortable and was a bit caved in and the bathroom was not supplied with quality products. Overall this hotel is outrageously overpriced for what it offers

The location of this hotel is quite convenient since it is located right above the King cross st. Pancras inter-station. The hotel is very quiet which was a good surprise considering it's very central location and proximity to a railway station. However it is outrageously overpriced for the quality and overall experience it offer.

The locatioin is perfect for international train travel, as it is directly connected to the train station for the Chunnel. However, this is not my favorite part of London in terms of hotels. That would be Mayfair.
No, overall we were very pleased.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hotel is convenient for train travel on the Chunnel, and local trBsportation on the tube.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife ! The hotel told me that my booking is for twin beds room ! I had to pay 36 £ per night (total 72 £) to get the same room but with king size bed !The process of check in and out was very slow !<

Not that great !

I was hesitant to book a hotel on Priceline without knowing which hotel it would be, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the St. Pancras was selected and was definitely a 5-star hotel.

The history and beauty of the hotel. The bed and pillows were excellent!
The room was small. It smelled of mildew. The restaurant was very expensive.

This was a beautiful, historic hotel close to transportation (trains and underground). The restaurant was beautiful but expensive. We had a great night sleep - the bed and pillows were so luxurious!

Location is great, except parking....Parking fee is not includes in a 5star hotel! Pay $50/day extra to park.
Almost nothing was included in a 5-star price. Every thing from parking to breakfast to water to channels was very expensively priced.
