Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel

get the 24 hour tram pass if you're traveling to the hotel from the airport and plan on exploring the city center. the closest tram stop is technopark.

There were many features that made a lot of sense to me. It's the first time in Europe, I didn't turn on a shower and worry that it would spray the whole inside of the bathroom, for example. And the extra free waters in the refrigerator, etc.

Great Hotel. Met expectations. Internet is about $30 per day. Parking is also about $30 per day. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant is about $40 per person. The location is in a newer business district so not much sight seeing here but the trams will take you everywhere you want to go.

We were greeted by friendly staff who offer fruity water, wine, or iced tea as you are checking int. The staff gave us a map of the area indicating and local attractions. We said that we wanted to go to Old Town, they sold us tram tickets right at the front desk and told us in detail how to get to Downtown and the attractions there. The room was very clean, nice comfy bed, a terrycloth robe and slippers were in the closet. The view from the floor to ceiling windows was spectacular. This has been the best hotel I have stayed at ever!

Great hotel in a new and upcoming area of Zurich. Near the train (Hardbrucke 3 minutes walk) and tram stations 1 short block line. Easy to reach from airport by inexpensive train only 2 stops. Not in central Zurich or Old Town about a 10 minutes tram ride.

Excellent, upscale hotel, outstanding rooms with views. The area is a moderate distance from Zurich center, but good, convenient train service is located 600 meters away. The area around the hotel is booming with construction of other hotels and technology businesses. This will be a popular hotel in the next few years!

I've stayed at over 500 hotels in my life and this was one of the best hotels I've stayed at. The staff was so nice and helpful from the moment we walked in. I was treated like royalty even though I was just an average guest. The rooms are great as well.
